I wouldn't waste your time e-mailing them. Sanitarium is owned by seventh day adventists and they promote the vegetarian diet. As far as i'm aware, they believe vegan is not natural so they're not interested in making more of their products vegan.
However, I'd assume they probably get annoyed with the amount of e-mails they receive from vegans, so go for it haha.
I am surprised they stick by their religious beliefs still considering the extra cash they could have rolling through. Man is powered by greed.
Strange to me though why so good vanilla bliss (+ the chocolate one) is not made with dairy. Maybe they're just doing it on the sly to increase sales but not admitting to it and not fully going vegan so that no one really notices.
I've had this cookbook for a while. I've made the warm burghul salad with baked ricotta and the lentil sausage rolls. I cut the egg out of the sausage rolls and used Orgran no egg and it worked well. They were good, I'd probably mash the lentils a little more next time: http://vegesveggiepatch.blogspot.com/2009/06/latest-eats.html (in case you want pics, you'll need to scroll down a little)

Yeah, interesting. I can't see why they would have vegan products then. Unless it's on the cheap or just happens to be nicer without dairy! Lol!
