For anyone that doesn't know about this yet, some activists got branded with the number '269' on them, to show solidarity and empathy towards abused animals in factory farms. The number 269 is the number a calf they encountered in Israel got branded with.
It is definitely worth checking out and supporting.
There is an event happening on the 1st of November now,to get the number 269 tattooed on your body in support of the amazing activists. I will be joining them.

So it says there are 385 people who are going to do the tattoo (including myself) It will be interesting to see who actually follows through with it. I have been following all the updates.
Yeah, it will be interesting, but I am extremely happy that we are currently up to 31 people in Melbourne committed to getting it just on world vegan day! Hopefully there will be many wonderful people to join after the initial date on 1st of November as well.
And in regards to the fate of 269, I have only heard the same thing, waiting on an update.
