I brought this ice cream once after being told by the lady at the health food shop it was vegan, it said dairy free on the front.
I didn't read the label until I had eaten some, the darn egg whites again!
WTF? Egg whites in ice cream? Ugh.
I bought some sprinkles for cup cakes not even looking at the ingredients, cos seriously what could be in a sprinkle? Gelatine... that's what!
how could gelitan fit into a sprinkle?
LOL good question...
but i thought gelatine was used for making food jelly-like, theres nothing jelly-like about a sprinkle!
i was made to believe that sprinkles were just sugar and food colouring, but i shall watch out now
That's what I thought too! Hence why I didn't check! But these were a mix-pack of "Fairy Dust" and it had the little shapes (stars, hearts, etc) and those round shiny balls... so I'm not sure if it was the sprinkles or the other things...
