Are there any dairy brands that don't kill calfs?

This isn't completely accurate. Barambah do not wean early or kill calves.

If these girls want to eat dairy then this is an excellent option. Not everyone wants to be vegan. I think a little bit of compassion is a lovely option. And to be fair, you also do not know what happens to the calves once moved. I called and spoke to the operators and they claim that they are used for breeding and/ or live out their lives.

They are not taken from their mother. They are allowed to wean naturally. Go and visit the farm and you can see for yourself.

One of the issues within the vegan community is the level of judgement. Everyone is on their own journey.

Have you had and breast fed children?

It does not drain a mother. I don't suggest that dairy farms are generally good, because I have worked and studied on them and they are not, but Barambah is. I live near enough to be able to go there.

They are the only dairy that are actually okay.

How about have you been continuously pregnant since about 8 years old? Never seen a man or had your kids taken away?

Obviously the cows are still eventually killed and sold for meat, but I would say Bd farm Paris Creek is the most ethical dairy in Australia.
