I am wondering if we could do something as much as possible to save some of them from danger. Any ideas would be helpful as I am thinking to find a solution for it.
You could put sand, gravel, grit or copper around paths, which snails don't slither on. You could even paint their shells so people can see them, but birds will see them too. Try and plant plants away from paths that'll attract snails. I heard cantaloupe rinds attracts them.
