i luv yoga.
im a big big fan!
anyone else do it? or pliates?
if so for how long and what benefits have u noticed in ur body?

what do you do? isn't just stretching with a fancy name?

lol its not stretching with a fancy name
.....its all about focusing on ur breathing and focusing on how ur body moves.
it can be a good form of meditation and it can be a great work out too. depends what kind you do.
yoga always calms me down if im angry or stressed.
i recommend it to anyone and everyone

yeh, i once saw a kind of yoga where they turn the heater on so the room's like 40 degrees+
pretty intense lol

i haven't tried that but i have seen it too.
id luv to give it a go tho.
altho i do yoga on 40 degree days in a house with no air con so im doing alryt LOL

i didn't realise that it was more than stretching.
so i thought stretching before rugby training was my weekly session of yoga. hahaa.
but yeh, i don't know. maybe one day i'd try. i'm not sure many guys do it?

lol yea ur gonna hav to step up ur pre footy stretching if u wanna call it yoga
um i dont no any guys that do it...but im sure plenty of guys do. lol
I got a yoga dvd from one of those big dvd clearance things one time cause I was curious... It's so great! I haven't done any for a while but I remember feeling so energized afterwards. Might start up again ey (:
