My neighbors are bad people and a law unto themselves. Whilst I was away(20 hrs) they put down my 10 year old daughters horse. Vet lied about why and neighbor had conflicting reason. Vet said RSPCA said they could euthanize over the phone???? RSPCA would not answer any of my calls then told me the police gave approval. My neighbor is a police officer??????? Please help me any one it has been five days and I still have no answers ..
