Thought...
What about the horses who are no longer of 'use' to their owners?
OH NO!
hopefully they will be given to peoples and have a nice life in greeen paddocks.
but they could also be dog meat and glue.
sad i hope that they are taken care of and not killed.
On the news it showed the sad owners and horses, apparently they have to be destroyed. The owners are TERRIBLY sad.
IT'S CALLED LOGIC!
if the horse have to be destryoed and the owners are TERRIBLY sad, why cant they jsut keep their horses? if they are so upset. but they probably only loved the horses for their wins. people are so shallow sumtimes.
I would think there would be some sanctuaries to take the ex Jump horses???

It's so true. These people play up the pity angle to say how bad it is that their industry is dead. But really, should anyone who kills an animal just because they can't make a buck off them ever be allowed to look after animals? Not in my books!

They care about their animals only as much as they can make money off them. If they cared any more than that, they wouldn't send them off to the slaughterhouse!
