Hey guys as I said few times im very new vegan.... Started not long ago. Because i love my vegemite and cream cheese i have bought toffutti better than cream cheese (i hope it´s vegan ) and than week or two later no woolies no coles having it anymore ... So i wonder why?
It just kinda comes and goes. Sometimes there's heaps, sometimes there's none. There are other options around though. In WA we have Notzarella. I'm not sure about NSW options ...
Tofutti make awesome giant sandwich rip-offs too, called "Tofutti Cuties". But they're hard to find!
Its been hard to start.... I been doing such a silly mistakes like buying things for vegetarian not realising they are not vegan ... Also shops sux... Hard to find vegan friendly things in shops like wollies coles...
Where abouts in NSW are you? I used to live in Sydney. Maybe I can recommend some places for good vegan finds. Also, have you read our list of accidentally vegan products? There's some good stuff on there that can be found in most supermarkets that you might not have thought would be vegan - like oreos! And lolly gobble bliss bombs! You like those? I've tried the 'American cheese' ones and the mozzarella and they're disgusting. I hate that vinegary/sour taste.
I was in Woolworths Emu Plains NSW yesterday and they had Tofutti cream cheese. Also IGA at Blaxland NSW has Tofutti sour cream, cream cheese and the two types of slices.

Interesting that your woolies used to have it at all. In Tas Woolies doesn't stock it at all ... ever. Coles does though. Don't worry though if you need your cream cheese or sour cream I promise you there are a ton of places around, little organic shops that will definitely stock a lot of stuff. Also try local asian grocers who often stock a lot of mock meats
