i am vegan but some people want to be vegetarian but they find it hard so hear are some ways to help!
1: tell yourself that you want to change!
2: slowy gain to eat less meat everyday!
3:keep telling your self that you want to change dont be tempted to eat meat around you even if someone asks you to eat it say no meals like spag bowl and other meat meals even know you may like it stop yourself!
4:try to eat vegetarain food aspecialy the foods you like!
5:tell family and friends your decitions if they dont agree tell them that this how i want to be and no one can change my mind!
6:i know it may be hard but keep trying it was hard for me but never give up
7: dont give up cause your almost there!
8:think about the animal that you are eating think why am i eating you!
