I've heard the names of these bands around a few times but I never realised they were so strongly supportive of animal rights until recently so it was a pretty cool surprise!

So I was just wondering - are there any bands or songs you guys love that really inspire you to keep going with what you believe in or ones that especially support animal welfare?

Music is such a powerful thing and it's great to see (hear?) it being used to spread awareness and inspiration. :3

Out of curiosity are there any songs about animal rights which aren't punk or rock? I am not really a fan of those genres.

Well... not that haha.. but they do alot. Trash (singer) was speaking (at the last show in Adelaide) about how they have adopted lots of chickens (now that they have a property in QLD from memory) that were to become nuggets and how being hands on actually eases their obvious stress from the ordeal... and helps them to gain their feathers back.

They did animal marches in all cities for an earlier aus tour... dressed as animals to raise awareness with lots of activists joining the marches in each city.

They are very active about their love of animals and on the side... their band is not very focused conceptually on just that, but are a very complexly, awareness positive (even if bizzaree) group of pseudo japanese dress performers... eh they are beautiful people. Usually anyone involved with them_ is too.
