hey! for eyeliners I find the ELF liquid really great! (a taaaad messy but nothing a q-tip can't fix up) and it's only $3 and can be found in kmart! it's good stuff. Also comes in a few colours but the black is reliable.
Australis is a reliable and relatively cheap brand but I've only had experience with a pencil liner from them and tbh it was pretty mediocre, but that just might be me as I tend to like really bold and dark liners.
I also quite enjoyed NYX but unfortunately they sold out to Loreal which was such a huge disappointment.
But my personal favourite is from the brand wet n' wild, which is a gel liner, it's called "mega eyes". The consistency for this is SO nice and creamy and dark. it's available in black or a dark purple colour called eggplant. I use the black one to create a winged eyeliner look pretty much everyday, and it sets great with a little black Australis eyeshadow or Sugar Pill pressed eyeshadow! Hell yeah!
