What are all your views on the Royal Easter Show? I haven't been for about 3 years now because money has been short but when I look back I can only really remember dogs, cats, horses, cows and everything in between being stuck in tiny little cages.
My parents are trying to decide if we should go this year and I am really torn because there is no way in hell that I want to see/support the animal side of the show but the other large focus there is on fruit and vegetables which is good and as with a lot of people in NSW, for our family it is a tradition that we go whenever we can afford it.
I will never go there again. Last time I checked they have these beef cows on show, for the biggest, and it goes to the beef industry. There are also lots of other bad things going on there.
