It really annoys me when i see people killing insects and/or small animals for no meaning or purpose.
You always see ants carrying their food or rushing to places and you wonder what it would be like in their shoes.
Humans (in general) seem to have a mentality that because we are bigger and more powerful we don't have time for or care for small animals and insects.
Does it annoy you when you see people harming them?
Comment your thoughts.
Most days I probably look like a weirdo when walking as I have my head down watching for ants and jumping and skipping all over the place trying to avoid squishing little anties :o
But it is quite weird to see people senselessly squashing lil critters for absolutely no reason other than a little annoyance (flies, moths etc)
I also feel really odd when in the passenger side of a car and see bugs being squished on the windscreen but there's not really much one can do for that problemo!
I'm the same. I try to avoid killing anything no matter how big, small or annoying. I even rescue mice that my dad tries to trap by snapping the traps when he's not looking. I feel like sometimes i am always looking at the ground watching my step. It annoys me when friends fill a room with what seems to be a whole can of fly spray to try and kill one fly that will probably leave of it's own accord sooner or later anyway. They roll their eyes at me when i tell them that's pointless and not terribly good for the environment either.

I feel your pain, if they are the type to not listen to the argument it is wrong to kill then try it from another angle, ask them if they love life; if the reply is 'yes' then ask them why they wish to kill millions of animals... which subsequently have a domino effect on us too... I would use the example of BEE'S being a target to the exorbitant amount of fly spray used and with out bee's there wouldn't be any life, for there wouldn't be food nor oxygen for that matter.
