it's weird i know, it actually doesn't make the post it just shows you what it'll look like... its designed to help you read over your post without the whole thing moving on you. If when pressing preview once you have written your post and you don't wish to post it just click cancel which will take you back to the section where editing is able or alternatively you may wish to post it and if that is the case just press submit... hope this helps happy

Lol I don't do the coding for this page... also while writing in here I can see 3 buttons; a 'cancel', a 'preview' and a 'submit'... for your reference please note the preview button does not need to be replaced with the post button link you provided because in doing that we would then have 2 posting button because 'submit' means post lol... anyways when your posting aka submitting your post to avoid further confusion just don't press the preview button just press submit. happy

The fact of the matter is that the button is out of place and can easily be fixed by whoever runs this forum.

Either fix the preview button or don't put a preview button there. Or just replace it with an image of a transparent dot so no one sees it and thinks they can preview before submitting.

The preview button has never worked for me, it has always made an actual post.

Like this post, I clicked Preview and it immediately submitted. No option to cancel. Right after clicking Preview I went to the forum home and saw I'd posted a reply.

No idea why it doesn't work, I just edit a lot before clicking anything because I know I can't actually preview what I type. Might be nice if it was fixed though.

In order to fit it though admin needs details as to why its not working for some but is for others... what browser are you using?
