it took too long for me to become vegetarian, and when i went vegan that felt well overdue too.  i dont believe in regret normally, but i do regret not having made the connection sooner.  

i believe in living a vegan lifestyle, not just diet, and i believe in activism.  nothing is going to change unless people start asking questions, demanding better and getting out to confront the issues head on.
