I'm Tiah.

Originally a country girl, but currently living in Adelaide to study Pharmacy.

My diet kinda sits in between Vegetarian and Vegan. While I do eat some dairy products - I'm kinda strict about it. When shopping, I only buy soy milk, and I only use Nuttalex, but I occasionally still use some dairy products like sour cream and eat the occasional cheese. I also will buy things like chips etc that have the tiniest bit of milk powder or whatever in it also. Then again, if I see a vegan alternative I will always jump at it and go for that first! I also don't eat any eggs

I have a pet dog called Max, who's an Australian Terrier x Australian Silky Terrier who's 8 years old. He lives back home in the country with my family and I miss him like CRAZY.

I'd love to get involved in any animal activism projects that are going on in Adelaide, so if anyone ever needs extra help then please let me know!
