Hello! My name is Lilia, I'm 15, I live in Australia. I very recently made the decision to become a vegetarian, and within time, a vegan. I made this choice for many reasons, but mostly because I found out through many websites, including this one, the way that animals are really treated, and how much we are unaware of. As I am not yet old enough to be employed full-time, I do volunteer work at a wildlife sanctuary about 5 minutes away from my town. It's great fun and I really enjoy being around the animals & the people there are great. When I finish high school I want to major in zoology and then go on to herpetology.
