I get so upset when I hear or see the cruelty that is allowed to go on around the World....Governments turn a blind eye to it all. So it seems.."Why?  Even our own RSPCA seems too have it's hands tired

I wish I was the King of the World and had the power to change things.........I'd do it in a Flash.....Seeing that Video of them Beagle's being released for the first time...Did Bring a Tear...I have two lovely little dogs that are so spoilt I keep reminding them how lucky they are.....They just Look and tilt their Heads side ways and I melt...
