Vegan, Writer, Screenwriter, Poet, Candle Maker and life long friend of the avacado  

I'm a published non-fiction writer and now have delved deep into Chicklit for teens and adults with my first fiction novel 'Pride'.  My dog Tolkien is the love of my life and coffee is my other love *sometimes I admit it's at toss up of 'hug puppy'or 'more coffee'. I am vegan, passionate about protecting this beautiful planet, am on Twitter more then I care to admit and for some unknown reason my body clock has decided to switch over to L.A time, so you can find me up most nights writing, researching, tweeting or hugging coffee....err..puppy

I was vegan for 13 years then not for 6, but have once again found my way back to compassionate living.. there are sooooo many vegan choices now which Im enjoying sinking my teeth into
