I think George Bernard Shaw had it right when he wrote that. Since joining Animals Australia Unleashed I've made many new (animal - and human) friends. What amazed me the most was just how affectionate (and huge!) pigs are. They are like huge playful dogs with enormous ears (yes, ears!) and appetites to match. If you don't know what I'm talking about, just visit the friendly residents at Edgar's Mission.

Deep down I'll admit I'm a bit of a carnie. I used to perform with the all-vegan Divine Imagination crew. We toured all around Australia and South East Asia performing fire and UV shows - and we got to sample some amazing veg food in different cities (hands down the best perk of the job). Though I now spend most of my days speaking up for animals, I still take every opportunity to play with fire!
