I am 18, became vegetarian at 16, then a friend got me onto veganism! Going vegan has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Since I went vegan, two friends and two family members have become vegetarian.

If you are thinking of going vegan, it won't be something you'll regret... Do it!
