Hi my name is Tess, I am 15 and I haven't eaten animals in almost 12 years*
I really want to start getting my school into fundraising for Animals Australia and making young people more aware about what is happening when they decide to have chicken for dinner.
There are so many different reasons to become vegetarian (or even better, vegan!) so if as a group, youth could spread the message about the effects of animal agriculture we could change the future and create a more compassionate world and a healthier earth.

* It was my own choice to become vegetarian when I was younger. I probably wasn't the strictest animal lover on the planet but that decision completely changed my life and how I would see the word as I grew up. I am now vegan and have been since Feb 2014
