Hey there! I'm Samantha, but it's a little formal; so Sam will do just fine! I'm a 22 yr old vegan girl from the Mid North Coast.
I made the decision as my new years resolution at the end of 2011 that in the new year I would make the switch to vegetarianism and I did so on Jan 1 2012. Dairy also started upsetting my stomach later last year so on April 30th 2012 I went completely vegan!

It was the best decision I have made. I'm healthier, I've shed unhealthy weight, I feel cleaner and calmer in everyday life and I can eat a fulfilling meal knowing nothing was harmed in the process.
Everyday is a learning curve as I'm still a baby vegan but I'm loving it and there's no looking back for me peace

I am an on-shore volunteer for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society and part-time arh-teeist! (*artist*)
