My name is Ashleigh. I'm a total animal lover. I love all animals, care for all animals, and am passionate about helping all animals. One day, I want to be seriously involved in the running of a charity (whether it be a human rights or animal rights organisation) as I am very passionate about social justice issues and fighting against animal cruelty.

I, ultimately, want to be writer. A fiction author, to be specific, but I love writing in general and would be happy if I spent the rest of my life writing, whatever it may be.

I am starting university next year, and graduating high school very, very soon, and I plan to do a writing course next year to work on both my creative and professional writing skills.

Being a writer, I truly believe that the pen is mightier than the sword, and that words, when chosen carefully and correctly, can go a very long way.

Never stay silent. Ever. If you believe it, say it. If you think it's important, make people hear you. If it's important to you, then it's significant enough to be important to someone else, too.

If there's one thing I've learnt from being shy and quiet and reserved, it's that it's not always a bad thing when people notice you and hear what you have to say. We all have a voice, make sure you use yours.
