I was born in Scotland, grew up in Africa, married in the US and now live in Panama, Central America. I have been vegetarian since I was 18. I am 60. My daughter has always been vegetarian and is now 28.

I LOVE animals and cannot willingly do anything to hurt them. I want to do what I can to stop them from being hurt. I LOVE being vegetarian and tend to eat a lot of raw food and drink many smoothies. I am very health conscious and love life.
