Fave Food: Where do I start!! It changes all the time and I am ALWAYS looking for new recipes and throwing stuff together. Fave Music: I love Florence and the Machine, Flyleaf, 36 Crazyfists, Jimi Hendrix, Michael Jackson, Jackson Five, The Beatles, Cocorosie... after a long stint of pain and depression (which I still am battling) I am only just getting backinto music. And enjoying every Fave Animal: Elephants :) Snakes are up there too. What's Hot: Equality for all- gay, coloured, male, female, animals, humans, buddist, christian... Whatever we are all on this planet for a reason- let's practice some compassion and empathy! What's Not: I can think of so many things I dislike, but to be honest I don't actually want to get into it right now.

I started eating only vegan food at first because of digestive problems.... But I kept breaking it, eating meat and having milk and chocolate "every now and then". Then one night I watched a documentary named "Earthlings." I cried and cried, and might I add I am not a crier. Since then my whole outlook has changed, I am so much more passionate about this MASSIVE issue. Animals were not put on this Earth to be locked up, tortured and killed for our benefit. We are not superior to these animals, this is a stupid stigma created by HUMANS!!
I am not going to scream and create arguments with people who eat meat or wear fur simply because they have a different opinion to mine but when asked (which I get a lot) I will go on and on about why I am going cruelty free.
I'm not going to lie, I still use a few skincare products and what not that have beeswax and the like in them... but this is a transition. I try not to buy products containing gelatin and the like or that test on animals and I don't wear wool or fur etc. This is a process and I feel better already knowing that in the last few years (between on and off vegan and then going completely vegan) I am making a small difference.
