I'm Marissa, but everyone calls me Missy.
I have a mutt (Mastiff, wolfhound, sharpei, staffy) named Mocha and she is as important to me as my family. She is family. People don't understand my love for her, but she acts as a therapy pet and a motivational tool to help me achieve my dreams.

I have a dream. An extremely large dream which will take a lot of motivation, passion, dedication and hard work. I want to save rejected, lost, and abused animals.
Helping save animals and the environment has been the only life decision that has stuck in my mind throughout my adolescent life.
I am currently studying a Double Diploma in Business and Management, and afterwards would like to study a course in veterinary care. My next step is to volunteer, and hopefully acquire a job at an animal shelter while I continue to study. My dream is to one day open my own animal rehabilitation shelter and take in as many animals as possible, of as many species and sizes. I want to become the founder of an organization that fund raises, and fosters for unwanted animals while advertising awareness and correct information to the public.
My dream continues to grow larger every day with more ideas for mine, and the animals of this worlds, future!
