Hi I have been a vege on and off for as long as I can remember.   I went full-time vege in September 2010 and Vegan in Dec 2010.  I currently own 3 ex-battery hen and a "saved" desexed female cat of 3 yrs of age (I've had her since she was 10 weeks old).  I live alone and have 3 grown children (sadly only 1 of them showns any interest in the vege diet and lifestyle).  My aim is to save enough money to buy my own farm and turn it into a place of rest for my animal friends.

I am a registered nurse but my greatest love has always been animals...too much cruelty for me to become a vet   So I just wish to make a difference in my animal friends lives (which I am doing everyday - I do not eat animals or wear them either.   Even Bees are safe from me.

I LOVE BEING VEGAN!!!
