I'm 72 years old and an advocate for the compassionate care of animals.  I am trying desperately to get the South Korean government to enforce its laws concerning the torture and consumption of dogs and cats for its meat trade.

I've placed a petition on CARE-2 and encourage everyone to sign and share it widely.
