Going vegan has been the best life decision to date! It came about after I watched Kill it, Cook it, Eat it about Veal, I never had realised that my heavy dairy consumption was contributing probably more to the pain, suffering and death of animals than eating meat would.

I became vegan for the animals, which lead me to discover how amazing food is, i learnt to cook and became better educated in nutrition and health, I am really passionate about eating well and am striving to eat raw.

who would have thought sitting on the couch pigging out watching cable tv would kick off such a fantastic life changing adventure.
