Hi, I'm Naomi - I've been a fierce protector of animals and animal rights for many years. I became a vegetarian of my own accord sometime in my childhood, much to my parents' dismay, and more recently became vegan after reading "Eating Animals" by Jonathan Safran Foer. I do everything I can to get involved with animal welfare, including a several-year stint as an SPCA volunteer and a member of the PETA organisation.
Aside from the animal stuff I'm interested in philosophy and religion, as well as stand-up comedy and music from any time between the 60s and the 80s. I'm English, fiercely patriotic and will take the mick almost constantly when not discussing Blackadder & Ricky Gervais or Raelism or Dan Brown or something of the like.
